Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting our business operations. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Conditions

We will issue a refund only if we fail to deliver your unlock code within 30 days, provided your device isn't ineligible for unlocking. Once we begin processing your order, we cannot cancel it due to our agreements with suppliers.

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Eligibility Checks: The initial check fee is never refundable, regardless of the outcome.

2. Processing Orders: Since we incur costs immediately, we cannot refund orders already in progress.

3. Device Status Issues: We don't refund for blacklisted, stolen, lost, or contract-blocked devices. It's your responsibility to verify your device's status before ordering.

4. Incorrect Information: If you provide wrong details (IMEI, network, etc.) and the unlock fails, we cannot issue a refund.

5. After Code Delivery: To claim a refund after receiving your code, you must submit video proof of the failed unlock within 5 days.

Additional Non-Refundable Cases

• Devices already unlocked before purchase
• iCloud-locked devices (we only handle carrier unlocks)
• Network compatibility issues (verify your phone works with the new network)
• Modified or refurbished devices (our codes work only on stock phones)
• Finding a cheaper service after purchase
• Delays in processing time (our estimates aren't guarantees)

Refund Request Requirements

For valid refund claims, your video proof must clearly show:
- Your locked device
- The unlock code we provided being entered correctly
- The unsuccessful unlock attempt
- The device remaining locked after the attempt

Important Notes

Some networks require devices to be active for 6+ months before unlocking. In these cases, your unlock will process automatically when eligible, with no refund option for the waiting period.

By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms and waive rights to refunds outside these specified conditions.
