1.2 Before unlocking, we run an Eligibility Check to confirm if your phone can be unlocked. You must pay for this check before proceeding. This fee is non-refundable, even if your phone can’t be unlocked.

1.3 After full payment, we start working on your unlock. The estimated time we provide is a guideline, not a guarantee.

1.4 Once your phone is unlocked, we’ll email you with instructions on how to complete the process.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 Check if your phone will work on the new network after unlocking.

2.2 Read all the information on our website before ordering.

2.3 We do not unlock:
- Blacklisted, stolen, or lost phones.
- Phones with unpaid contracts or incorrect network info.
- If we find out your phone is blocked after payment, we won’t refund you.

2.4 Some networks may charge extra or require your phone to be at least 6 months old before unlocking. If this applies, your unlock will happen automatically once the waiting period ends.

2.5 Back up your data (contacts, messages, etc.) before unlocking. We’re not responsible for any lost data.

2.6 Unlocking is legal in most countries, but check your local laws first.

2.7 We may ask for extra details about your phone before unlocking.

2.8 If we’re already processing your unlock, don’t try another method—it could cause issues.

2.9 If you have a problem, contact our support team first. Give us 7 days to resolve it.

3. Delivery Times & Service

3.1 We may change prices, delivery times, or other info on the website. If your unlock is already in progress, we’ll notify you of any changes.

3.2 Delivery times are in business days (Monday–Friday).

3.3 We try to unlock phones as fast as possible, but delays can happen. If your unlock takes more than 30 days, you can request a refund.

4. Fraud Protection

4.1 We can refuse any suspicious or fraudulent orders.

4.2 We may use fraud-checking tools. If an order seems fake, we’ll cancel it and refund the payment.

4.3 Make sure your payment details are correct and up to date. We’re not responsible for errors.

4.4 We might ask for extra verification. If you don’t provide it, your order may be canceled.

4.5 We’ll take legal action against fraud or misuse of our services.
